FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET?
A. This depends on how you choose to book - you can opt to have a print at home ticket or a physical ticket that is posted to you by first class post. The charges for each are clearly set out on each booking. Some of our venues are subject to varying ticketing methods and cannot offer both options – in this case the procedure available is clearly stated when you book. Please make sure you bring your ticket (whether it’s a print at home, e-ticket on a device, or posted ticket) to the event as our staff will scan each to ensure validity. If you have any queries with regards to our ticketing, please contact us.
Q. CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINK?
A. We have a bar on-site serving a full selection of hot and cold drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, as well as various snack options. For more information, visit our Food + Drink page.
